Questions people ask

Do you need our passwords?

We need admin access to your email system and the network. Where possible, use an account you switch off afterwards.

Does the checkup price cover the fixes?

No. It covers the review, report, and walkthrough. Fixes are quoted separately.

We already have an IT company. Is this a conflict?

No. You are welcome to share the report with them and have them do the fixes.

Can you do it remotely?

Usually, yes, anywhere in Nova Scotia. Network gear and older machines are easier in person.
